  • Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping is determined by weight and product. Place an item in your cart and proceed to checkout to view shipping. 

    • - Will I be notified when my order ships?
      •  Yes, Cool Draft sends email confirmations.  
    • - Do you ship internationally?

    • - What are payment options? 
      • Cool Draft accepts Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal. Our standard method of shipping is FedEx Ground. Generally, it takes us 48 hours to process an order, after processing, the order goes into our shipping department. Depending on volume, a fan is usually received within 7 to 10 days of your initial order. For our customers, we try to get orders out on the same day for the same week delivery. We do this for you, the customer, it is not guaranteed shipping. If you need a unit by a specific date, you must notify us a week in advance and extra shipping charges will be applied. 

 If you have not received your delivery by the next business day after it is due, please track it using the tracking number (if one was provided) or e-mail us and we will check on your order and let you know its status.

All in-stock items are shipped at time of order; out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and customer will be notified. All backorder items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available. If backorder period exceeds 30 days, CD will notify customer prior to shipment release. In the event of partial shipment, each shipment will be billed separately. Backorders are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered.

All orders (including backorders) may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. Cancellations must be made by e-mail. CD WILL NOT CANCEL AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE. If order has been shipped it may be returned following the RA guidelines listed above.


  • Returns & Replacements

    Products may not be returned to CD without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Dealer has 30 days from the date of purchase to request an RGA number from our customer service department. RGA numbers expire 30 days after issue date and will not be re-issued. 

    All returns must be sent to CD FOB destination, freight pre-paid by customer. 

    For standard products in "like new" condition, credit will be issued minus a 40% restocking fee and any unpaid freight charges, after receipt and inspection of the product. 

    For custom products and standard products returned in less than "like new" condition, the restocking fee will be determined upon inspection and will range from 35% to 100%.

    • New (Unopened) - Returned within 30 days of invoice date. Credit for cost of item(s) minus 40% restocking fee. Shipping both ways will be paid by customer.*
    • Used (Opened) - Returned within 30 days of invoice date. Credit for cost of item(s) minus 40% to 100% restocking fee.* Shipping both ways will be paid by customer.
    • Damaged, Missing Parts - Non-Returnable.

    * CD reserves the right to evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own discretion. 

    Credits will be applied upon receipt of returned goods. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at our manufacturer’s expense, unless purchaser requests an upgrade which will be shipped at their expense. 

    Any returned product is subject to a 40% restocking fee.
